GHRH compounds can stimulate endogenous GH and raise IGF-1. Older studies have shown changes in intermediate outcomes such as lean mass/body composition in some settings, but evidence does not establish sermorelin as a proven anti-aging, muscle-building or longevity therapy for healthy adults.
