Questions, answered clearly.

Is Avono a U.S.-based company?

Yes. Avono Health is a U.S.-based digital health company. Clinical care is provided by licensed U.S. clinicians, prescribed medications are fulfilled through U.S.-licensed pharmacy partners, and Avono provides U.S.-based customer support.

Do I need to know which medication I want before starting?

No. You can begin by exploring a treatment category and comparing the available approaches. Our program and treatment pages explain how options differ so you can decide what you want to ask about during intake.

Does choosing a medication guarantee I will receive it?

No. Selecting a treatment tells the clinician which option you are interested in. A licensed clinician reviews your health information and decides whether that treatment, another treatment or no treatment is medically appropriate.

When am I charged?

Your payment method is authorized during intake. The authorization may appear as Care Validate. It is not a completed charge. If treatment is approved and prescribed, the authorized payment is completed. If treatment is not approved, you are not charged for the medication order.

Why does “Care Validate” appear on my card?

CareValidate supports Avono’s clinical intake and payment workflow. A temporary authorization may therefore appear on your payment method as CARE VALIDATE. This is expected.

How long does shipping take?

Prescriptions generally ship within 2–3 business days after approval. Actual timing can vary by treatment, pharmacy, weekends, holidays, weather and destination.

Is medication shipped cold?

When a medication requires temperature-controlled shipping, the pharmacy uses cold-shipping packaging appropriate for that product. Other medications may ship at room temperature.

Is shipping discreet?

Yes. Pharmacy shipments are sent in discreet packaging.

Can I choose a monthly or multi-month option?

Select treatments may be available as monthly, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month options. Availability and pricing vary by treatment and will be shown on the relevant page when offered.

Are Avono medications FDA-approved?

Avono may offer both commercially manufactured and compounded prescription medications depending on the program. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. The treatment page and intake process should identify when a compounded formulation is being offered.

What is the difference between Avono and a “research peptide” website?

Avono is a digital health service built around clinical review and licensed pharmacy fulfillment. We do not sell products labeled “research use only” directly to consumers as a substitute for medical care. Prescription requests are reviewed by licensed clinicians and, when prescribed, fulfilled through U.S.-licensed pharmacy partners.

Where does the medical intake happen?

Medical intake and clinical communication take place through a secure healthcare platform rather than the public Avono marketing website.

Does Avono store my answers from the “Find Your Options” tool?

No. The educational option finder is designed to run in your browser and not store or transmit your responses.

What if I have a medical emergency?

Avono is not an emergency service. Call 911 or seek immediate medical attention for an emergency.

How do I contact support?

Use the support contact information in the footer for order, shipping and account questions. Clinical questions should be sent through the patient portal to your care team.
