Program one

Microdose Program

Clinician-guided dosing up to 2.5 mg, at its own flat monthly price. It can suit people looking for a lower-dose or more gradual approach, and it can be used on an ongoing basis when your clinician considers it appropriate. It is not a required step before the Standard Dose Program.

Program two

Standard Dose Program

For dosing above the Microdose Program range. Your monthly price stays the same as your clinician adjusts your dose upward within the program. If your clinician moves you from Microdose to Standard Dose, the Standard Dose price applies from that point.

Why Avono

The $199 GLP-1 isn't always $199.

Advertised prices in this category often describe a first month, a prepaid year, or a medication line item with the fees left out. Here is what tends to sit behind them, and how Avono is built instead.

What the advertised price can hide

  • A monthly membership fee charged on top of the medication
  • An introductory rate that applies to the first month only
  • A lowest price that requires paying six or twelve months up front
  • A bill that steps up each time the dose does
  • Separate consult fees, shipping fees, or cancellation hoops

The price you saw is not always the price you pay.

What Avono charges

  • One transparent monthly price, with the medication included
  • Clinician care and follow-up messaging included
  • Shipping included. No membership fee, ever
  • Month to month. The same rate in month one and month two
  • No dose-based increases within your program

The price you see is the price you pay.

Support

Healthcare shouldn't disappear after checkout.

Getting a GLP-1 prescription is the easy part. Being able to reach someone afterward is what actually makes telehealth work. Support is not a department at Avono, it is part of the product.

Message your clinician directly

Questions about timing, dosing, or how you are feeling go straight to your clinician and care team through your patient portal. Follow-up clinician messaging is included in your monthly price, not billed as a separate visit.

Real people. Real answers.

Have a question about an order, a shipment or a charge? You will reach a real US-based Avono team member who answers it, not a support queue or an endless form.

Everything in one portal

Your visit notes, your treatment plan, your shipments and your messages live in one place, so you are never guessing what happens next or who to ask.

Support that continues after checkout

Your clinician and the Avono team remain accessible for as long as you are with us, before your first order, during titration and every month after.

Ask us a question and a person answers. That should not be remarkable in healthcare. Too often it is.

How it works

Three steps. Zero surprises.

1

Complete your intake

Answer questions about your health and goals, choose your preferred treatment option, and enter your card. Your card is authorized, not charged.

2

A clinician reviews your case

A licensed clinician reviews your information and determines whether treatment is appropriate for you.

3

Approved, charged, shipped

If treatment is approved and prescribed, your card is charged and your medication ships free. If you are not approved, you are not charged.

Find your fit

Not sure which one?

Three questions to help you explore which option might suit you, based on your preferences. This is not medical advice. A licensed clinician determines the appropriate medication, program and dose for you.

Question 1 of 3
Have you used a GLP-1 medication before?

This narrows semaglutide versus tirzepatide, the two medications we offer.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Does my price increase when my dose increases?+
No. Within your treatment program, your monthly price stays flat as your clinician adjusts your dose. In the Standard Dose Program that means the same monthly price at every dose level your clinician prescribes. The Microdose Program and the Standard Dose Program are separate programs with separate pricing, so if your clinician moves you from Microdose to Standard Dose, the Standard Dose price applies from that point forward.
Is there a membership fee?+
No. There is no membership fee and no clinician fee. One flat monthly price covers your medication, clinician review and follow-up messaging, and shipping.
Am I locked into a commitment?+
No. Every plan is month to month. We do not offer three, six, nine or twelve month bundles, and you never have to prepay to get our price.
When am I charged?+
Your card is authorized during intake but is not charged unless a licensed clinician approves and prescribes your treatment. If treatment isn't approved, you aren't charged. Your card statement will show CARE VALIDATE for the authorization and any subsequent charge.
How do I get help if I have a question?+
Support is a core part of the Avono experience, not an afterthought. Clinical and treatment questions go directly to your clinician and care team through your patient portal, and follow-up clinician messaging is included in your monthly price. For order, billing, shipping and account questions, our US-based Avono support team is available and responsive. We believe telehealth should make care easier to access, not harder to reach after checkout.
What is the difference between the Microdose and Standard Dose Programs?+
They are two separate treatment programs with separate flat monthly prices, not two sizes of the same plan. The Microdose Program covers clinician-guided dosing up to 2.5 mg. The Standard Dose Program applies to dosing above that range, and your monthly price stays the same as your clinician adjusts your dose upward within it. Microdose is not a required step before Standard Dose, and it can be used on an ongoing basis when your clinician considers it appropriate. Each program is available as a once-weekly injection or a daily oral option, and your licensed clinician determines which is appropriate for you.
Where does the medication come from?+
State-licensed US compounding pharmacies, overseen by state pharmacy boards and federal regulators. Your prescribing clinician is licensed in your state, and your medication ships from within the United States.
Is compounded medication FDA-approved?+
No. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prepared by licensed US pharmacies but are not FDA-approved. They are available by prescription only, after an online consultation with a licensed provider, and are not available in all states. They are not appropriate for everyone. Your clinician will evaluate whether treatment is appropriate for you.
